YOUTH SERVING AGENCIES NETWORK
The Youth Serving Agencies Network (YSAN) is a collaboration of Pierce County organizations. Together we work to increase coordination, collaboration, and capacity to collectively provide comprehensive support to court-connected youth in Pierce County. We focus on building relationships, leveraging resources, and learning more from each other.
OUR WORK
The YSAN is all about building relationships and trust across agencies. These relationships are the foundations for the coordination and collaboration of this systems change effort. Upon this foundation, we share resources, coordinate program strategies, collaborate to support court-connected youth, and bring a shared voice to community-wide juvenile justice transformation efforts. Our vision is to build a just and equitable community-centered justice system that is rooted in trauma-informed approaches, cultural responsiveness, and positive youth development.
