YSAN (Youth-Serving Agencies Network)

Public·71 Partners

One Survivor to Another, Our Sisters' House and UW Washington researchers are conducting a study on behalf of the Office of Crime Victims Advocacy (OCVA) to research the impacts of the commercial sex economy on Black women throughout Washington state (R.I.S.E.).

We are connecting with individuals in commercial sex work and collaborating with professionals from supportive organizations to help communities understand and address the needs of people impacted by commercial sexual exploitation. Our mission is to ensure these voices are heard and their needs are met effectively.

If your organization engages Black women or girls involved in commercial sex work/exploitation and you are interested in participating in a focus group to help shape recommendations on how to better support this population please contact Jasmine.
